We've all been there. Somehow a product makes it through the system with no good positioning, in other words no advantage over the competing products. Yes, we're supposed to stop this from happening by working with R&D at the beginning, but sometimes things fall through the cracks, and you can't stop the product launch. What's your best story about overcoming this challenge? (keep the identities of the products anonymous to protect the innocent ;)
